4.5cl Seven Seals Single Malt Port Wood Finish
4,0cl Helmut Vermouth the White
1,5cl San Cosme Mezcal
2,5cl freshly squeezed lime juice
2.0cl pineapple syrup (Monin)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Then pour into a tumbler over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple slice.
